IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ. This free 3 day course will be conducted from Monday to Wednesday from 8.30am to 3.45pm, plus 1 further hour for assessment which will take place on the fourth day. To give learners the skills and qualification to gain employment or progress in employment within the hospitality sector. Please note you must be over 16 to apply for this course. Applicants who come from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) must have a Stamp 4 or a Labour Market Permissions Letter to undertake a Training Course with Cork College of FET - Bishopstown Campus. A good standard of both written and spoken English is essential in order to successfully complete this Course and the associated assessments. City & Guilds require that Practical Assessments be recorded.
