Candidates must be over 18 years old. This free course is open and suitable to new entrants to the hospitality sector. This course is full-time and will be conducted from Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 3.45pm and Friday 8.30am to 12.45pm, for 3 weeks. A good standard of both written and spoken English is essential in order to successfully complete this Course and the associated assessments. Applicants who come from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) must have a Stamp 4 or a Labour Market Permissions Letter to undertake a Training Course with Cork College of FET - Bishopstown Campus.
