IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ. Please note you must be over 16 and unemployed to apply for this course A good standard of both written and spoken English is essential to attend this course as Learners must complete both a written and practical assessment as part of the course. Applicants who come from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) must hold a current Stamp 4 or a Labour Market Permissions Letter to undertake a Training Course with Cork College of FET - Bishopstown Campus. This free 3 day course will be conducted from Monday to Wednesday from 8.30am to 3.45pm, plus 1 further hour for assessment which will take place on the fourth day. To give learners the skills and qualification to gain employment or progress in employment within the hospitality sector. City & Guilds require that Practical Assessments be recorded.
